Counting down to the festival opening on November 5th, a reminder and a warm welcome to sign up for Moving in November’s discursive series Soup Talks.
Soup Talks are an invitation to come together and discuss. We invite you for a bowl of soup and to join in, listen, pose questions, and take part in the discussions. You are also more than welcome to lean back and just listen in.
The talks take place each day during the festival between 12:00–13:30 in Caisa, unless mentioned otherwise, and each talk is hosted by an invited artist. Soup Talks are organized in collaboration with Caisa.
With two exceptions: we are extremely happy to continue our collaboration with Goethe-Institut Finnland and Eskus. Goethe-Institut Finnland supports the Soup Talk after the screening of RONA on November 12th at 18:00 in Caisa. The makers of the film will discuss with host Riikka Lakea. On the last day of the festival, November 15th at 12:00, Eskus opens doors for us, inviting us in their facilities in Suvilahti, to take part in the Soup Talk with Matilda Aaltonen, Veli Lehtovaara, and Milla Koistinen, hosted by Kati Raatikainen.
Please note, that if a Soup Talk you wish to attend is fully booked, we invite you to come to the door – it is very likely we will find a place for you!
